Ms. Branson, who is in her second year with the district, is a 6th grade teacher at Guthrie Upper Elementary School. Thanks to many sponsors, all building level teachers of the year receive gifts of appreciation. Mr. Jeff Jordan, an English Teacher at Guthrie High School was the secondary teacher of the year and runner up to Ms. Branson.
