Building/Facility Use by Out of School Entities
Building / Facility Use
Any out-of-school organization or individual desiring to use a school facility for an event needs to contact that site's principal for initial approval. The required application form, upon the site principal's approval, should be then taken by the requesting party to Dr. Michelle Chapple, Chief Financial Officer at the Administration Office for final approval. Attached below are the guidelines and pricing for the Use of School Property by outside entities.
School groups and organizations: submit your calendar request to your site office and upon approval, have event placed on site calendar, and contact your site principal for set up coordination.
High School: log in to the webpage, at the very top choose HS Staff Information. Calendar Posting Request and Facility Use Request are both available in Google Forms.
