Grant Application
The 2023-2024 Grant Application is due no later than Friday, February 16, 2024 to the Administration Building Attention: John Hancock.
The application is designed to be Saved, Worked On, Saved, Worked On, Printed. Open the link, choose Save. SAVE IT IN A PLACE YOU RECOGNIZE, not just the default Downloads folder. Then open and continue onward.
If you have troubles with the form, please send me an e-mail: kary.jarred@guthrieps.net Please pay attention after you print it to make sure all your text shows up in the form fields. If not, let me know. I don't want the committee to be missing anything.
