Hello. I am currently in my 9th year of teaching. I have also served over 21 years in the US Army to include 4 years active duty as a paratrooper in the 82d Airborne. I left active duty and went into the National Guard to attend college at the University of Central Oklahoma. I graduated in 2014 with a Bachelors of Arts in History Education and started my teaching career at Guthrie High School. I finished my Masters of Education program at the American Military University, and I am about halfway completed with a Masters of Special Education from Upper Iowa University. My career has taken me all over the globe to interact with different people and cultures and I enjoy sharing my experiences with your students. This will be my first year at Guthrie Junior High.
