Responsive Classroom is a research based education approach. This approach consists of a set of practices that build academic and social skills. The idea is that the classroom will become a tight nit community where everyone is treated equally and differences are celebrated. Everyone brings something different to make our classroom special and run smoothly. Responsive Classroom also works on making the students be responsible for their actions and choices.
Instead of having classroom "rules", we will have classroom promises. These will be the promises that we make to each other in order to do our very best each and every day. .
