My name is Susan Davison and I am a product of Guthrie Public Schools. I graduated from Guthrie High School. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and my Master's Degree in Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. I began my teaching career with Guthrie Public Schools in 1984 as a 6th grade teacher at Faver Elementary School, and I taught 6th grade here at GUES when we opened the building in 1989.
I was the assistant principal at GUES for the 2006-2007 school year, and then became principal at Fogarty Elementary School for two years before returning to GUES in the 2009-2010 school year. This is my eighth year as the GUES Principal.
I enjoy my job each and every day, and am amazed as these students rise to challenges and become young adults. It is a privilege to be the leader of a wonderful school with students who strive to be the best they can be and dedicated teachers who facilitate their greatness.
