22-23 BlueJay Academy Applications
Completing the application will place the student's name on the BlueJay Academy waitlist. Applications will not be considered without all of the information requested. Online enrollment for Guthrie Public Schools will begin July 1. Final acceptance will be determined after GPS enrollment forms are completed in July and appropriate educational placement is determined by the Review Committee. Upon final acceptance, students and parents will also be required to complete additional paperwork during their initial meeting.
Seating is limited.
(Note, if choosing to participate in blended learning, students are responsible for transportation to and from the appropriate school site.)
